What exactly?

Sushi is a script written by tp7 for putting subs of one source to another source.
This is pretty useful if you want a TV/WEB-version sub on a BD-version.
It also works for TV -> WEB sources.

What do I need?

I recommend downloading the Subfix files.

So, what should I do after downloading it?

After extracting eveything, you have to install Python 2.7 and run the batch file with the same name.
Both are inside the “_Install” folder. Running the batch file is important, because basic Python 2.7 won’t work. Furthermore, you don’t need Python 3, only 2 is necessary for that.
As soon as you’re done with that, you simply have to copy some files. Just look at the “_Copy.txt” inside the folder “_Copy”. What you need are: ffmpeg, mkvmerge, mkvextract & SCXvid.

Using sushi:

If you finished all these steps above, you are ready to use sushi.
Just run the “Shift_SubTVtoBD.bat” file inside the main folder and follow the instructions on-screen.
