What exactly?

Sushi is a script that can put subs of one file to another file.
This is useful if you want TV subs on a BD-Version for example.
But it also works for TV -> WEB source etc..

What do I need?

I recommend you downloading the Subfix files.
However, everything is also included in my Vapoursynth Pack.

So, what should I do after downloading it?

After extracting eveything, you first install Python 2.7 and run the batch file after that.
Both are inside the “_Install” folder. Running the batch file is important, because raw Python 2.7 won’t work. Furthermore, you don’t have to install Python 3, only 2 is necessary.
After completing that, you have to copy some files. Just look at the “_Copy.txt” inside the folder “_Copy”. What you need are: ffmpeg, mkvmerge, mkvextract & SCXvid.

Using sushi:

If you finished all the steps above, you are ready to use sushi.
The usage is really easy, just run the “Shift_SubTVtoBD.bat” inside the main folder and follow the instructions on the screen.
